Sports and Fitness

The School will host of large playgrounds which will be used by the students to play football, cricket and also for athletics. Physical fitness is one of the most important elements of leading a healthy life. Physical education promotes the importance of inclusion of a regular fitness activity in the routine.

This helps the students to maintain their fitness, develop their muscular strength, increase their stamina and thus stretch their physical abilities to an optimum level.
In addition to our planned schedule of sports we also offer a variety of other lessons throughout the year; recently these have included hockey, tennis and volley ball.  We fully appreciate and endorse the guidelines provided by the Department for Health and the Department for Education in relation to encourage children to participate fully in sport to help them develop healthy lifestyles.  We feel that our comprehensive programme of sports offers something that will appeal to every child instilling in them the desire to continue choosing healthy lifestyles options to enhance their future.
